Job Description

• Position Title: Sales and Operation Executive
• Working Location: Penjuru Close
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon to Fri (8am – 5pm), Sat (8am – 12pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate sales activities, including managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of projects and timely delivery of equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure availability of necessary materials and equipment.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, providing insights to the management team.
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Other necessary duties assigned by the superior.
