Job Description - Sales & Program Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Program Manager to lead our Program Business Section. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and ensuring successful project execution. You will oversee a high-performing team, develop strategic sales plans, and foster strong customer relationships across key market segments.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow existing accounts and penetrate new markets.
  2. Drive achievement of sales targets and ensure profitability of the program unit.
  3. Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights to support business planning.
  4. Lead customer engagements including presentations, plant tours, and technical discussions.
  5. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  6. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  7. Maintain and update promotional materials, corporate brochures, and company profiles.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with document control standards and the Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, program management, or business development in Contract Manufacturing or Automation Robotic field.
  3. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.
  4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Experience in manufacturing, engineering services, or industrial sectors is a plus.
