Job Description - Sales Assistant (Order Fulfillment Dept) - Collaborative Environment

We are hiring an analytical Sales Assistant (Order Fulfillment Dept) to join our all-star team at Swee Heng Bakery Pte Ltd in Sembawang, North Region.

Job Description: 

 

  • Manages sales email account to ensure that customers’ enquiries are attended to in a timely manner.
  • Manages the sales phone to ensure that customers’ enquiries are responded in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper handling requirement for all the process orders from customers.
  • Also, to ensure all administrative processes are handled according to requirements.
  • To ensure that all the outlet's enquiry are responded to in a timely manner. 
  • Handle and to ensure customer enquiries and feedback are handle timely.
  • Record and to keep track on customers’ feedback.
  • Answer Retail Outlet’s enquiries on orders and products.
  • AX – input inventory stock.
  • Adjust stock for each individual outlet and to recall their customized sales order.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.

 

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Nitec / Diploma Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service industry.
  • Familiar with Microsoft AX Dynamics system will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work as a team and a strong team player.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to start work in the short notice period.

 

Benefit:

  • 5 days work week (Monday to Friday) 8am to 5.30pm
  • Annual Leave: 10 days. 1 additional day with continuous 12months in service. Up to 14days.
  • Annual Incentive Bonus: 0.5 month basic salary / pay out twice a year.
