Sales Assistant (Semiconductor) - Collaborative Environment

Job Subject Title: Sales Assistance 

Benefits Summary: 

• Company is in Semiconductor industry 
• Permanent role
• Basic up to $4500 + AWS +VB
• Monday to Friday, 7.50am to 4.55pm

Responsibilities: 

• Identify sales opportunities and meet targets for orders and revenue.
• Foster relationships with key customers, partners, and departments.
• Coordinate customer visits and events, and deliver corporate presentations.
• Develop and manage distribution channels, including generating new leads.
• Assess and present proposals to potential clients, and participate in sales negotiations.
• Create and implement action plans in collaboration with internal departments.
• Coordinate pre-sales activities and ensure follow-up after sales.
• Provide support for marketing initiatives such as e-commerce, exhibitions, and brochure development.
• Assist in preparing and submitting proposals and quotations in response to customers' RFQs and RFIs.
• Handle other marketing activities as required, and take on project leadership roles when necessary.

Additional Information: 

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of sales & marketing experience, prefer candidate with manufacturing/semicon/surface finishing industry background
• Strong communication skills with customer and internal department focus
• Result oriented, motivated, resourceful and able to work independently
• More important, possess high sense of responsibilities & teamwork spirit; confidence & willingness to work efficiently under pressure
• Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license
• Able to travel to South East Asia and willing to attend seminar which related to surface finishing including local
