Job Responsibilities:

· Embrace the Brand and follow training guidelines and standards to reflect brand’s luxury standards and image

· Consistently meet individual sales goals

· Provide excellent customer service skills, great selling skills and exhibit motivation to succeed

· Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through

· Proactively develop the sale by selecting an appropriate range of options for the customer, providing excellent product knowledge, overcoming objections and offering appropriate additional items (link selling)

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 1 years retail experience

· Strong passion for working within the retail or luxury fashion industry

· An individual who is possess great communication and interpersonal skills

· A motivated team player with outgoing personality and strong desire to achieve and excel

· Able to work on weekends and public holidays
