Sales/ Business Executive (No Exp Needed)

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 am - 6 pm)

Adecco has partnered with a worldwide leader in the 3PL industry and is actively seeking exceptional talent to fill the role of Business Development Manager. We are looking for talented Business Development Executives to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients.

The Job:

• Expand revenue and enhance relationships with our current customer base
• Acquire leads via cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Establish and nurture robust connections with both new and existing clients
• Liaise with stakeholders such as customers, shippers, and receivers regarding alterations in pick-up/delivery schedules and any potential service disruptions

The Talent:

• No sales experience is required, training will be provided
• Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry would be advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
