这是一个以销售业绩为导向的岗位，适合具备优秀成交能力、客户开发能力及长期客户经营经验的销售人才。

工作职责

• 为顾客提供专业的医美、美容及护肤疗程咨询。
• 根据顾客需求及医生建议，推荐最合适的疗程、产品及配套。
• 销售医美疗程、护肤产品、会员计划及各类疗程配套。
• 建立长期客户关系，提升客户满意度、续购率及转介绍率。
• 持续跟进顾客疗程进度及售后服务，提升客户体验。
• 达成及超越每月个人销售目标（Sales Target）及各项KPI。
• 与医生、治疗师及市场团队合作，推动门店整体营业额增长。

任职要求

• 至少2年医美诊所销售经验者优先。
• 如无医美经验，须拥有5年以上美容、美体、纤体、SPA、养生中心等相关行业配套销售经验。
• 必须具备持续达成或超越销售目标的优秀业绩纪录。
• 熟悉顾问式销售（Consultative Selling），具优秀成交、谈判及客户维护能力。
• 具高度责任感、积极主动、目标导向，抗压能力强。
• 良好的沟通表达能力及客户服务意识。
• 能接受轮班、周末及公共假期工作。

Aesthetic Clinic Sales Consultant

As we continue to expand, we're looking for passionate, results-driven Aesthetic Clinic Sales Consultants to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and enjoy helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultations on aesthetic treatments and skincare solutions.
• Recommend suitable treatments, products and packages based on clients' needs.
• Promote treatment packages, skincare products and membership programmes.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on clients' treatment progress and appointments.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists and the marketing team to drive clinic sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of aesthetic clinic sales experience preferred.
• Candidates with 5+ years of proven package sales experience in beauty, facial, slimming, wellness or spa industries are also welcome.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong consultation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and performance-driven.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
