Job Summary

You will deliver excellent customer service, manage dailyoutlet operations, drive personal sales, and support team growth by trainingnew staff. You will also follow up with customers on their treatments and workacross multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by actively engaging with clients and addressing their treatment needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up consultations
• Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Achieve personal sales targets by effectively promoting products and services
• Guide and train new staff members to support their development and enhance team performance
• Communicate clearly with customers in English and Mandarin to provide treatment consultations and recommendations
• Adapt to retail working hours on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled

• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to support sales and customer engagement
• Exhibit interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions with clients and colleagues
