Sales & Contract Manager

Job Description

• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate negotiation of sales agreements for new and existing clients.
• Lead and supervise the team in the study of tender contract conditions, architectural and engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Review technical specifications provided by clients.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identify and assess risks associated with contractual agreements and mitigate them through strategic clauses.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and contract terms accordingly.
• Identify gaps in the market from collecting user data and market sentiments for further product enhancements.
• Proactively take necessary actions to address any issues on manpower, materials, delivery, cost, etc.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement contract management strategies.
• Verify and submit completed tender evaluations for management’s approval.
• Ensure proper and timely submission of tenders.
• Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Uphold company values and standards while promoting a positive and professional image in all interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Degree in Building Management or equivalent
• Experience: 8 years of proven experience in a similar position
