Sales Coordinator

What are you going to do?

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and in a professional manner.
• Liaise and coordinate with Operation department to expedite smooth and on time delivery.
• Provide solutions for non-complex problems and only escalating complex problems to superior.
• Ensure accuracy in quotation preparation, order processing and proper documentation flow to meet quotations deadline.
• Maintain proper filing system for easy retrieval.

Who are you?

• Diploma in Business or Engineering. Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Experience in similar or related industry will be an advantage.
• Computer literacy, strong excel file is required (as we are doing mainly in workfile)
• Carries out administrative duties with attention to detail, professional in communication and negotiation skills, pro-active, commercial, confident, problem solving and result oriented
• Team Player with flexible working approach, open-minded thinking and entrepreneur mindset
• Able to work with multinational (International) customers/ suppliers etc
• Experienced Sales coordinator in piping materials (min 3 years)
• Work location @ Pioneer Place - West Zone
