Job Description:

• Prepare quotation according to customers' inquiry
• Proceed order and shipment arrangements according to the customer's request 
• Invoice according to supplied items
• Preparing reports
• Liaise with sales for parts inquiry, order and shipment arrangements

OR 

• Coordinating the sales team by preparing quotations, follow-up the order process till receipt of payment, filing documents
• Support the end-to-end daily commercial operations aspect
• Coordinating the operations team for the arrangement of engineer(s) onboard the vessel locally/overseas
• Handle customers' disputes or complaints and minimize such occurrences
• Prepare sales report for management review
• All other duties as assigned by the Manager
