Responsibilities

Processing of customers’ orders, purchase orders and handle invoicing.
Maintain proper documentations.
In charge of Import and Export shipping arrangement.
Liaising with 3rd party logistics company/freight forwarders.
Responsible to conduct stocktaking.
Attend to customers' issues and resolve them in a timely manner

Requirements

At least 2 years of sales coordinating or sales support experience
Proficiency in Ms Office, specifically Word
Candidates with knowledge in LC or working experience in Trading Company will have an added advantage
