SALES COORDINATOR - EUROPEAN MNC

• 3,400 to $3,800 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
• European MNC, good benefits
• Monday to Friday, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to administer enquiry, quotation, order enter to invoicing and purchase order
• Liaise with purchasing, logistics & warehouse to make shipping arrangement for clients & vendors
• Monitoring orders & communicate order status to clients
• Ensure on time delivery & provide full set of required docs to clients
• Ensure proper documentation & order management processes are in accordance with company guidelines and policies

Requirement:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in ERP systems is an advantage
• Proficient in Mandarin to coordinate with Mandarin speaking counterparts
