Sales Coordinator Executive (Quotation Customer Service) - Urgent Position

Responsibilities:

• Handle technical and sales inquiries from walk-in customers, calls, and emails.
• Generate quotations and ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their orders.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to assist in quotation preparation and customer coordination.
• Regularly update the database of new and potential customers.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned. 

Requirements:

•  With Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business or Engineering field. 
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service/Sales Support in the similar industry. 
• Excellent knowledge with MS Excel.
