Sales Coordinator - JY - Urgent Role

• Location: Sembawang/ Admiralty
• Working hours: 9am – 6pm
• Salary: up to $3,000 (Depending on experiences)

Job Description

• Trilateral trade coordination: liaise with clients (mainly SEA countries, such as Indonesia & Vietnam) to send in orders to Japan and coordinate import of products from Japan into client countries
• Responsible for clients' enquiries and taking orders
• Prepare quotations and PO
• Verify delivery processes with HQ and monitor orders to ensure on time fulfilment
• Issue invoices, arranging delivery and preparing shipping documents
• Data entry on MS Excel sheet and filing related documents
• Work closely with Japan HQ for the coordination of shipping. (Emails in English)
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Company.

Job Requirement

• Experience in administrative and logistics functions would be advantageous.
• Good with numbers and proficient in Excel (vlookup)
• Diligent and responsible with work
