RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process orders received from customers / sales person in a timely manner (for both local and overseas customer);
- Provide assistance on internal document preparation when requested by sales team;
- Prepare monthly sales report and basic financial statement;
- Handle customer enquiries via email, call and walk-in customers;
- To ensure forecast of stock is sufficient for both Entrypass and third-party items;
- To liaise with courier company on the arrangements of delivery to outstation and ensure completion of the required information for the Delievery Instruction;
- Assists the Manager in updating and preparing monthly sales reports;
- Able to entertain walk-in customer when sales person is not available;
- Able to follow-up on customer outstanding payment;
- Additional assignment assigned by superior as and when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred Diploma holder or higher
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation
