Sales Coordinator (Up to 4K MNC Exposure Transport Provided West) - Hiring Fast

Job Highlights:

• Location: Gul Lane (transport provided at Jurong East, CCK, Boon Lay)
• Salary Package: Up to $3,500/month + 1 Month Completion Bonus
• Benefits: 18 days of AL + Corporate Insurance + Medical Benefits
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.15am-5.00pm
• Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable/Convertible)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for invoice processing, raise billings and prepare quotation
• Maintain sales contract and procurement contract register.
• Monitor of sales pipeline and analysis of sales performance
• Provide reminders to the sales teams on expiring contracts pending for renewal.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Transportation Vendors for procurement services such as equipment and laboratory services.
• Coordinate and reserve conference room, equipment setup, meeting logistics, flights bookings.
• Create, compile and edit presentation slides.
• Generate reports from internal systems.
• Handle financial administrative tasks such as managing processing of departmental invoices and card expenses.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Logistics / Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics or Business Support or similar function
• Knowledge in SAP system
