Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in driving our business growth across the APAC region. You will identify and qualify potential clients, engage decision-makers, and open doors for the sales team to build long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone passionate about blockchain and fintech, eager to develop a sales career in the rapidly evolving digital asset space.

 

Job Responsibilities:


  • Research and identify potential institutional clients

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls and needs assessments.

  • Nurture prospects through consistent follow-up, providing relevant product information and insights.

  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Account Executive (AE) team.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate closely with AEs and Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and target strategies.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and Cobo’s evolving product offerings.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a B2B sales, business development, or lead generation role (fintech, crypto, or SaaS industry preferred).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage senior decision-makers confidently.

  • Familiarity with blockchain, crypto wallets, or payment infrastructure is a plus.

  • Goal-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outbound sales processes.
