We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative based in Singapore to support outbound pipeline generation for enterprise software campaigns.
This is a full-time, top-of-funnel B2B sales role focused on engaging senior decision-makers, uncovering business challenges, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality meetings for the client sales team.
You'll own outbound prospecting across phone and email, conduct discovery conversations, manage CRM activity, and work closely with Account Managers to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex B2B sales, is confident speaking with senior stakeholders, and has a proven ability to consistently generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting.
Based in Singapore.
2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles.
Proven success generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting.
Strong experience engaging C-level executives and senior business decision-makers.
Excellent discovery, questioning, and opportunity qualification skills.
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Experience selling ERP, finance software, business applications, or other enterprise technology solutions.
Fast and reliable internet connection, your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role, a quiet working environment, and a good-quality headset or microphone.
