Salary: SGD 12,000 – SGD 15,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Director to oversee the company's daily operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overall business operations, coordinating international import and export activities, and overseeing our wholesale operations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the company's daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day business activities and staff.

Manage import and export trade operations, including liaising with overseas suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.

Ensure timely handling of shipping documentation, customs clearance, and inventory management.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with international business partners and local clients.

Lead and expand the company's retail and wholesale business in Singapore.

Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement operational improvements.

Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.

Ensure compliance with Singapore's regulatory requirements and company policies.

Prepare operational reports, budgets, and business performance reviews for senior management.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in import/export trading, retail, or wholesale industries.

Strong knowledge of international trade, logistics, and supply chain operations.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems.

Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role involves communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers and business partners.

Monthly Salary:SGD 12,000 – SGD 15,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
