Job Description - Sales Director

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s sales and business development strategy
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the beauty, aesthetics, and personal care market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and corporate clients
  • Lead sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial deal structuring
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve agreed sales targets
  • Study market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to support business expansion
  • Work closely with management to develop branding, customer acquisition, and market penetration plans
  • Build, train, and manage the sales team as the company grows
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, wellness, FMCG, or related personal care industry preferred
  • Strong commercial sense and track record in revenue generation
  • Good network and client development ability in Singapore or regional markets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently in a growing business environment
  • Results-driven, strategic, and hands-on
