The APJ Enablement Team empowers our Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Solutions teams with the right information, skills, and tools throughout their tenure at Datadog in order to maximise their ability to land, expand, and drive Datadog’s next phase of growth across the region. We act as strategic partners to the APJ Leadership Team, ensuring they have the support they need to achieve their goals. We regionalise and contextualise global programs, custom-build regional programs, and provide just-in-time support in order to deliver quantifiable impact on go-to-market performance in APJ.
As Datadog scales rapidly across APJ, our Enablement programs must scale with precision and consistency. The Sales Enablement Operations Associate will be the operational backbone of the regional Enablement function—designing, running, and continuously improving the systems that power onboarding and ongoing development for our GTM teams.
This role is about building leverage. You will create structure where there is complexity, drive process where there is friction, and ensure Enablement programs run efficiently at scale. If you are motivated by operational rigor, process design, and making teams more effective through better systems, this role offers direct impact on how fast and how well APJ grows.

What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end operations for APJ Enablement programs, including onboarding, everboarding, manager development, and on-demand learning. This includes enrollments, scheduling, and communications.
Serve as the APJ Operations point of contact to the global GTM Enablement team. Ensure global programs are planned, launched, and run smoothly in APJ.
Partner with sellers and sales leaders to drive alignment and execution of Enablement programs across multiple teams and regions.
Manage and maintain Enablement infrastructure, including the Enablement wiki, Google Drive, Learning Management System (LMS), resource repositories, and supporting tools. Ensure content is current, easy to find, and consistently used.
Track program participation, completion, and outcomes using dashboards, surveys, and system data. Build reports on program effectiveness for leadership.
Improve and scale Enablement operations by designing repeatable, measurable processes that support growth without increasing complexity.
Continuously evaluate and enhance tooling, systems, and workflows used to deliver Enablement programs.
Support special projects and one-off initiatives as needed, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the APJ Enablement operating model.
Who You Are:
1–2 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Learning and Development, Project Management, Business Operations, Office Operations, Recruiting Operations, Executive Assisting, or a similar operational role.
Project management experience delivering programs or initiatives on short timelines, with clear ownership.
Strong operational discipline. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to run multiple workstreams.
Outstanding verbal and written communicator: You make the complex simple.
Proven ability to prioritise and pivot quickly. You can juggle competing requests, adjust plans, and move with urgency when the business changes.
Team oriented and empathetic: You can work with sales leaders, reps, marketing, your own team, whomever!
Scrappy and entrepreneurial: You enjoy building and iterating, and don’t mind getting messy.
Bonus Points:
Experience at a high growth Software-as-a-Service or technology company.
Experience supporting enablement or GTM teams across multiple regions, especially in APJ.
Experience with Learning Management Systems, such as Docebo.
Exposure to change management, especially rolling out new programs, tools, or processes to the field.
Experience using data to track progress and outcomes. Comfortable building reports and doing basic analysis in tools like Tableau and Google Sheets.
Comfort working in fast-growing or scaling environments with evolving processes.
