Sales Engineer - Construction Market

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and drive our expansion into the construction market.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and communicate how our products/services can address them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company direction.
• Negotiate tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both customers’ and company’s needs
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Product Training will be provided.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take a proactive and aggressive approach to sales.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of construction market trends and industry dynamics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or any relevant field. 
• At least 3 years sales experience, preferably in the FANs / Mechanical ventilation industry.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of MS Office software
• Prefer with own vehicle
