Sales Engineer - Excellent Benefits Package

For: Mitsui Chemicals Asia Pacific, Ltd. 

Reporting to Assistant Manager, Sales, this position is responsible for contributing to the division’s sales targets and developing customer relationship by responding to their queries, proposing solutions to their issues and providing technical explanation.  The candidate will also be involved in opening new markets, products introduction and collecting market information and trends.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular customer visits to communicate, negotiate and build relationship
• Expand division’s sales targets by exploring new markets and conducting presentations of company products and services to current and potential customers 
• Market new products and expand sales to existing customers
• Monitor and report sales activities to management
• Ensure clear and efficient communication with customers and external stakeholders such as Mitsui Chemicals Japan and distributors 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of sales & marketing and customer support experience
• Entry level candidates without experience can be considered
• Ability to write clear business reports
• Possess good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to travel overseas frequently
