Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Support team revenue growth by actively contributing to all stages of the sales process, including lead generation, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing post-sales support.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers by delivering timely, accurate information, addressing their questions or concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Prepare detailed and accurate sales proposals and quotations, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and help shape effective sales strategies.
- Trade Shows and Events: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, industry events, and product demonstrations to promote the company’s products and services.
- Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including maintaining sales records, preparing sales documentation, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: A diploma or certifications in Engineering or related fields.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the engineering industry, including familiarity with relevant products, services, market trends, and customer demands.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a capacity to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze situations, identify issues, and propose solutions to overcome customer and sales challenges.
- Teamwork: A collaborative attitude, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and cooperative work culture.
- Adaptability: Flexibility in managing changing priorities and handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Professionalism: Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
