Sales Engineer (IT Systems Integrator Manufacturing) - Room for Advancement

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinating requests for tender submission with the Proposal Team and Sales Managers.
• Carry out preparing the consolidation clarifications lists, tender specifications and submission of tender. 
• Conduct preparing the BOM, costs and work with the stakeholders and creating templates. 
• Monitoring and communicating with the proposal team and sales manager on proposal write-ups.
• Ensuring the proposal submitted within tender schedule in accordance with the submission procedures. 
• Providing administrative support when required. 
• Attending review meetings, following-up on status updates and respond with the customer sales inquiries. 
• Other ad hoc tasks may assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Diploma or Degree in Electronic/ Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. 
• At least 1-3 years related work experience in the similar industry. 
• Knowledgeable with the bid/tender life cycle. 
• Good knowledge with the ICT/ Systems Integrator/ Cybersecurity 
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
