Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and expand key accounts within the Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, and other industrial sectors to contribute to company growth objectives in Singapore.
• Offer technical sales assistance and advice to clients in selling electrical products, aiming to foster business opportunities and establish a presence among clients.
• Handle all aspects of the sales process, including take-offs, project quotations, order finalization, preparation of submittals, and resolution of customer issues, to maintain and enhance relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve or surpass sales and gross margin targets set for assigned accounts.
• Concentrate on identifying the specific technical needs of customers while also gathering commercial and competitive information related to each account.
• Foster enduring and productive relationships across all levels of customer organizations.
• Attain a high level of expertise in products, the electrical goods market, and competitive landscape.
