• Monthly Salary: Basic + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility

• Develop Technical Expertise – Build strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product features, and materials to effectively promote solutions; stay updated on industry advancements.

• Customer Relationship Management – Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, serve as the primary contact, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.

• Sales Strategy Execution – Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle including contract negotiations.

• Product Presentations & Feedback – Conduct product presentations, customize solutions for customer challenges, and provide feedback to improve product offerings.

• Sales Reporting & Market Insights – Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends; analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Ad‑hoc Duties – Support management with additional tasks as required, contributing to overall business objectives.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering which are recognized by relevant authority
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales engineer, field application engineer, or technical sales role.
• Experience in semiconductor or precision manufacturing industries is an added advantage
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
