Sales Engineer - scientific instrument #HHL

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase overseas sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective sales and marketing plans.

Distributor Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and actively seek new partnerships.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery agreements with distributors.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure timely execution of sales contracts.

Product Knowledge:

• Understand our range of solutions, from basic to advanced research-grade microscope systems.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.

Sales Support:

• Provide timely support to distributors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Conduct overseas customer visits as needed.

Product Launches:

• Participate in product launches, contributing to strategy development and execution.

Demonstrations and Presentations:

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions.
• Manage credit control processes with distributors.
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management.

Requirement

• Min. Degree in Life science, Biotechnology, or relevant field
• Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in product sales in relation to healthcare engineering field 
• Having microscopy or medical optical devices usage or knowledge
• Okay to travel to the regions at least once a month if needed
