Responsibilities

• Create tailored marketing plans and activities to strengthen product placement in the competitive market.
• Develop business strategies and establish product positioning to maximize market impact.
• Oversee market research, monitor competitors, and identify customer needs.
• Set pricing strategies and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to improve or develop new products.
• Prepare pricing quotes, negotiate final prices, and submit documentation to finalize orders.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and maintain communication with customers regarding product roadmaps and technology needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the semiconductor industry.
• Open to travel and dedicate extra hours to manage complex sales projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a resourceful team player.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
