Sales Engineer - Urgent Hire

Key Role

Continuously explore business opportunities in both existing and new market segments, identify & develop potential OEM customers through value creation in HAWE Hydraulik's strategic platforms, niche application areas.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute strategic business development initiatives to rapidly grow the company's businesses in the Southeast Asia region.
• Prepare the annual sales budget based on specific business objectives. Review & roll out action plans during monthly, quarterly forecasts to achieve the targets set.
• Keep abreast on industry developments and identify new business opportunities.
• Aggressively develop and expand customer base.
• Manage and grow sales at both existing & new customers.
• Proactive towards sales channel.
• Promote good relationship with customers and sales partners.
• Regional travelling is required.
• Direct reporting to General Manager, HAWE Hydraulik Singapore.

Requirements

• Dynamic, result-orientated individuals who enjoy the challenges of selling in a technical & competitive environment.
• A Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering with at least 2 years direct sales of working in relation with Hydraulics Systems.
• Application knowledge and market awareness are essential requirements. Those with lower qualifications but extensive relevant experiences will also be considered.
• Must be able to work independently and think outside the box and identify niche selling opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Processes a valid class 3 driving license.
