Job Description - Sales Executive

CLLS Power System is a leading Original Equipment Manufacturer in power generation and electrical energy transfer, specializing in designing, engineering, assembling, installing, and maintaining power generators and ancillary products like weatherproof enclosures, customized containers, silencers, and fuel tanks. 

Job Description:

  • Evaluate genset and/or power solution tenders, RFQs and specifications to build quotations for customer needs.
  • Win orders and achieve sales target.
  • Contribute in providing integrated engineering solutions to quadrant 3 customers.
  • Specific focus on larger KVA power projects, e.g. Hospital, Manufacturing, Factory etc 
  • To work closely with pre-sales and engineering team in the development of new products ranges and systems related to power industry.

Customer Service

  • Handle all customer queries and respond with appropriate actions expeditiously to secure sales, ensure smooth project handover and maintain customer satisfaction through the course of the project

Quotations

  • Study of specifications, prepare quotations and ensure a follow-up system is in place to avoid loss of sale.
  • Assist the Head of Sales in the formulation and implementation of strategic Sales and Marketing Plan to develop new customer base to boost sales revenue.
  • To generate demand in relation to CLLS’s supply capabilities which includes the following but not limited to:
  1. High powered generator products 
  2. Customized solutions 
  3. Project management for turnkey projects
  4. Fuel storage and Fuel supply systems
  5. CLLSE’s manufacturing and integration capability

Sales Processing

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and relevant systems to log key sales activities, quotations, opportunities, account information, contact information, comply with approval flows and order processing flows
  • Work with HOD and head of sales to understand, anticipate, and mitigate commercial, legal, technical, operational risk to CLLS through proper study of the project specifications, terms and conditions and other relevant documentation. 

Sales and Marketing Plan

  • Assist Head of Sales in the formulation and implementation of strategic Sales and Marketing Plan to develop and maintain existing business and penetrate new markets. This is to be achieved in close consultation with the Division and Department Managers.
  • Assist HOS in the administrative work training of newly join salesman ie Salesforce, SAP etc
  • To be key personnel for quadrant 3 opportunities and assist HOS in the management of Q3 product line. (Mainly Chinese makes)

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Min 3 years of Sales experience in similar capacity
