Job Description - Sales Executive

Oil & Gas manufacturing industry.

  • Working days: 5 days
  • Location: Tuas South, shuttle provided
  • Benefit: AWS, VB, Annual leave, medical claim, etc.

Job Scope:

  • Develop and grow accounts; generate new business opportunities.
  • Assist in inventory control
  • Manage outdoor and indoor sales, handle customer inquiries and quotations, and process orders.
  • Respond to inquiries, negotiate prices, meet sales targets, and provide market feedback.
  • Process sales orders accurately; maintain records and compile monthly reports.
  • Meet sales targets, grow business, fulfill customer orders, develop strong relationships, and recruit new customers.
  • Conduct customer visits and build strong relationships
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of products, systems, and current market
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a sales environment
  • Preferably with alloy steels and nickel alloys knowledge
  • Class 3 driving license & owning a vehicle is a plus

Job Title: Sales Executive

Reports to : Senior Account Manager

Role Requirements

  • Develop and grow accounts, generate new business opportunities.
  • Establish good rapport with current and potential customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate prices, and win orders to meet sales targets
  • Gather and provide timely market feedback, competitor activities, customer trends and information for management/marketing
  • To receive and process sale orders
  • To ensure accuracy of sales orders created, maintaining sales records and compiling monthly sales reports
  • To ensure Howco maximizes both margin and market share

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Outdoor & Indoor Sales
  • Communicate with customers on enquires, quotations and all sales support related matters through to completion
  • Perform Order Processing duties
  • Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure delivery commitments to customers are fulfilled
  • Assist in inventory control
  • All other ad-hoc tasks assigned
  • Customer visits and establish good business relationship
  • To organize and plan the workload to ensure all delivery objectives are achieved in the most economic and efficient way whilst quality
  • To maintain and encourage high morale and initiative through positive team working and effective communication

Job Requirements , Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience of working in a sales environment (of any steel profile, preferable alloy steels and nickel alloys)
  • Possess Class 3 driving license and ownership of transportation is a plus
