We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth through strong client relationships, market engagement, and strategic sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer-facing interactions, have a passion for design and materials, and are keen to build long-term partnerships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, promoting our products and solutions, and representing the brand at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. The role also offers opportunities for individuals who enjoy a dynamic environment and are comfortable with travelling for client visits and business development activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and industry stakeholders to build long-term business partnerships.
Proactively follow up on new leads and referrals to convert prospects into customers and drive sales volume growth.
Deliver persuasive product presentations and conduct product training sessions to educate and influence buying decisions.
Monitor and analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and market developments to recommend effective sales strategies.
Identify business opportunities and upsell relevant products and solutions to existing and potential clients.
Ensure timely and accurate updates of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM and sales journals.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events to expand brand visibility and generate leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders, customer satisfaction, and after-sales support.
Provide market feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives.
Assist in showroom operations and client consultations when required.
Must possess own vehicle for site visits, project tenders, meetings with architects/designers, and follow-up appointments (transport allowance provided)
B2B sales experience is an advantage, preferably in a related or similar industry
Experience in building materials, interior products, or related industries is an advantage
Strong understanding of project tendering and management processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented with a strong interest in sales and the interior design industry
Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm), Alternate Sat (8.30am – 12.30pm)
This position requires a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for regular client visits.
May be required to travel overseas to support exhibitions
