Sales Executive (2.8k to 3.5k Comm Allowance/ Screens & shades/ Kaki Bukit) - Room for Advancement

About us

We are a Ministry of Manpower (MOM) registered Employment Agency based in Singapore, holding License No. 24C2114. Our Client is in the Doors and Windows Screens/Shades business and they are seeking proactive candidates to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and effectively closing sales.

Qualifications & experience

• Secondary school/ Diploma in marketing or business administration
• Preferably 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Good command of English

Tasks & responsibilities

• Building business relationships with current and potential clients
• Understanding client needs and offering appropriate recommendation
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
• Consistently maintaining a highly ethical and professional approach to all clients
• Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow the account
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Ability to negotiate sales contracts or projects

Benefits

• Employment type: Permanent role
• Salary: SGD2,800 to SGD3,500 per month (Allowance is given separately)
• Sales commission on top of salary and allowance
• 5.5 days work week alternate Saturday (9am to 6pm Mon-Fri, 9am to 1pm Sat)

• Annual leaves: 10 days (up to maximum 14 days)
