Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Aggressively source and secure New Accounts (Customers)
• Ensure continued profitability of all Accounts 
• Ensure Nil Discrepancies in Rates and Charges quoted
• Maintain good working relationship with Accounts for New Opportunities
• Develop New Niche Businesses or Markets either Locally or Overseas
• Communicate all service requirements effectively to all departments and offices
• Monitor and ensure prompt payments from all Accounts
• Maintain the existing business and expand more business from existing client 
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Levels
• More than 5 years’ experience in global logistics industry
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Those with Airfreight Sales will be an added advantage / preferred
• Must be customer focused and results driven
• Good communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills
• Those with own vehicle (and / or Class 3 licence) will be preferred
• Ability to communicate in Japanese would be an added advantage
