Responsibilities:
- Generate purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and purchases.
- Before delivery, ensure to check the details of the package,
- Track, follow-up and work together with internal departments, forwarders, carriers on document issuance, incoming or outgoing shipping, and payment arrangements.
- Complete all the paperwork for new customer/vendor registration.
- Plan or organize office maintenance services. (air conditioner, printer, kitchen appliances, and etc.)
- Setting up meetings and appointments, as well as conducting clerical duties.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Shipping, Administration and/or Information Technology.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP, Windows, and Hardware.
Proficient with MS Office Applications.
