Job Description - Sales Executive (B2B Engineering Solutions)


Company Overview

We operate across the Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, and Construction sectors, specialising in ACMV and HVAC systems including duct works, grilles, kitchen hoods, and related components. Supported by advanced in-house manufacturing capabilities such as laser cutting and welding, we deliver high-precision and durable solutions for marine, shipping, and building & construction projects, providing end-to-end services from design and fabrication through to on-site installation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to grow our B2B presence within the construction and engineering sector. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, engaging contractors and consultants, and promoting ACMV, HVAC, and engineering solutions. You will work closely with internal technical and operations teams to support smooth project execution, making this role well-suited for individuals who are proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively source and acquire new B2B clients within the construction and engineering sector

  • Promote and sell ACMV, HVAC, and engineering-related solutions to contractors and consultants

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage the full sales cycle end-to-end

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships while supporting repeat and follow-on projects

Requirements

  • Relevant B2B sales experience preferred; educational background is flexible

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills

  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with target- and commission-based performance

  • Willing to learn from senior team members and progressively manage client portfolios
