• Working hour: 5 Days: 9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri)

Job Scope

• Interact regularly with all assigned key accounts related to selling, deliveries and stock availability.
• Propose new products to clients using entire data sources to prepare and conduct optimum presentations.
• Analyze market needs, develop account strategies and convey to the management. 
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
• Work closely with Product & Marketing, Digital & Marcom, and Event department to help build the brand.
• Other ad-hoc job assigned from time to time.
• Increase account revenue and identify fresh business opportunities adhering to given budget structure.
• Maintain client relations to build excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
• Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Business studies / Engineering relevant discipline 
• 1 to 3 years of working experience in End User sales
