Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company. They are actively looking for Sales Executive to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

  • Work within the assigned account and grow business
  • Attend to customer inquiries by providing quotations with necessary specs and/or drawings within 48 hours
  • Harmonize with in-house support, for order processing, project, and instruments documentation
  • Responsible for order processing and ensure delivery is made per customer’s request date
  • Advises on use and application of products, but detailed technical assistance is referred to the technical support
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Involves in sales promotions and presentations. Prepare sales promotion support documents as requested
  • Responsible to follow up with overdue payments from customers
  • Prepare sales related reports as requested by company
  • Answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Ensure that all statutory regulations, company’s environmental and safety regulations and code of practice are implemented and complied with by all staff
  • Responsible for the provision of safe and healthy working environment for all staff

The Requirements:

  • With at least 4 to 5 years of Sales experience in a similar industry 
  • Candidates must have engineering background
  • Candidates must be willing to travel, as and when required
  •
