Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Prepare quotation and handle negotiations.
- Provide after sales follow-up on quality issue.
- Maintain and grow current contract base by capturing new customer and sustaining existing customer.
- Prepare and follow-up of contract quotation.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of contract execution.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Both gender are welcome to apply.
- Possess effective persuasion skills.
- Min. qualification Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent.
- Pleasant personality with capability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Fast learner and able to work independently.
- Team player and results orientated.
- Independent, responsible, sociable and committed with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate and correspond in Chinese speaking customers complain regarding sales and service.
- Is a plus if possess class 3 driving licence and have own transport.
- Transport allowances.
- High commission base.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
