Qualifications & experience
- Min. ITE qualification in any Engineering or related field.
- Preferably 1 year in F&B or a related industry. Candidates from different industries are encouraged to apply.
- Capable of handling stress and managing projects effectively.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, outgoing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aggressive yet enthusiastic, results-oriented, and a team player with good time management.
- Class 3 driving license is optional.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Spearhead the growth of product sales and project engagements.
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and expand market presence through strategic prospecting.
- Oversee the development and introduction of new products to the market.
- Service and cultivate growth within your assigned territories.
- Deliver exceptional pre and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales goals and progressive KPIs.
- Monitor sales funnels and generate accurate sales forecasts and pipelines using Salesforce & SAP B1.
- Manage all sales-related reporting to the Supervisor and principal.
