Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with both current and prospective customers through various channels, including cold calling, proposal emails, and in-person meetings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
- Operational Excellence: Work with internal teams to address operational issues and ensure a smooth and efficient sales process for our customers.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, logical thinking, a positive attitude, and adaptability. Self-motivated with a strong goal-oriented mindset and the ability to independently drive customer development and business growth.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or engineering.
- Diploma or ITE qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
