Responsibilities: 

• Customer Acquisition: Secure new customers while nurturing existing accounts for revenue growth.
• Strategic Focus: Dedicate 70% effort to prospecting new clients with additional focus on upselling to existing accounts.
• Profit Generation: Convert prospects into profitable business ventures, issuing quotations and tender bids.
• Sales Progress Reporting: Provide weekly reports to Management on sales progress and achievements.
• Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed set sales targets, contributing to company revenue and gross profit.
• CRM Maintenance: Maintain CRM records, tracking customer details, sales visits, and progress.
• Solution Identification: Identify potential customers and opportunities, offering supply chain solutions.
• Negotiation Expertise: Negotiate with accounts to maximize profit margins within price guidelines.
• Customer Engagement: Follow up promptly and professionally on customer communications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Service and Operations for seamless execution of customer quotations.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Undertake any additional duties as assigned.

                                               
Requirements:
 

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, particularly in B2C/B2B2C/Small Parcel.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for proposal creation.
• Strong sales pitch and negotiation skills for acquiring new business
