Job Responsibilities:

• Convert prospects into purchasers, develop relationships with prospective owners, and follow up on referrals and leads. 
•  Attend to enquiries about properties and amenities, follow up on leads, fulfill requests for information, monitor satisfaction, and develop business opportunities.
• Discover the needs of prospective owners and Owners through a series of strategically layered questions/discussion and utilize the information to customize the sales presentation.
• Provide prospective owners and Owners a Sales Gallery, Property and Model tour specific to their sales distribution site.
• Explain the features, advantages and benefits of the product and advocate the appropriate amount of points to accommodate the prospective owners and Owners current and future vacation needs.
• Ensure accurate processing of sales documents, review contracts and loan applications with customers, work with management to minimize cancellations, and complete purchase summaries.
• Participate in formal training sessions offered by management team.
• Attend daily huddles and regularly scheduled team/manager meetings.

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of relevant B2C experience dealing with high-network clients (Open to industry: Real Estate, Banking, Recreation, Hospitality, etc.) or from a customer service background (secondary option)
• Proficiency in Tagalog dialect is essential to communicate with Tagalog speaking guests
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays as required by business needs
