Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers in the Singapore market
- Secure appointments through proactive cold calls and visits, conduct thorough client needs assessments.
- Collaborate with the consultant team to develop training concepts and proposals based on needs assessments.
- Plan and execute workshops, training sessions, and seminars (ranging from 6 months to 2 years) with the consultant team
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling intangible products and solution sales
- Industry experience in HR consulting or L&D
- Mentally resilient and able to diligently handle tasks.
- Proactive, self-driven, and does not wait for instructions.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Vibrant and sociable personality.
