- Develop customers / gain new customers
- Calling of customers for customer maintenance and reporting in the CRM system
- Cooperate with the Customer Service department to ensure that customer expectations are fulfilled
- Understand customer requirements
- Follow standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and customer service minded
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry within customer service areas
- Sales driven with Market acumen
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows
- Driven to grow the business for the company
- Good teamwork
- Good Communication Skills
