What Will You Do:
Sales Executive
- To understand customer’s needs and preferences for commercial electric vehicles.
- To explain to customer about the features, advantages, and benefits of electric vehicles.
- To conduct test drives and demonstrations for commercial EVs.
- To provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and incentives for commercial electric vehicles.
- To meet and exceed sales targets for commercial EVs.
- To follow up with customers ensuring their satisfaction with their purchase.
- To keep track on industry trends and competitor offerings in the commercial electric vehicle market.
Sales Manager
- To drive revenue growth and market penetration in the EV sector by developing and implementing sales strategies.
- To lead, mentor, and motivate the EV sales team to achieve sales targets.
- To work together with the marketing team and develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including EV manufacturers, dealerships, and industry partners.
- To keep up with the industry trends, competitor activities, and EV market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- To analyze sales performance data and market trends and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- To manage EV sales budget and resources and maximize ROI and profitability.
What Do You Need:
- At least a Diploma (Sales Executive) or Bachelor's Degree (Manager) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Must have proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry with a focus on electric vehicles.
- Must have proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
- Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of electric vehicle technology, market dynamics, and customer needs.
