Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to support business growth across Singapore and the region. This role focuses on developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and promoting industrial drive and automation solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1–2 years of sales experience, especially within technical, engineering, or B2B environments, who are looking to grow within the industrial solutions space.
Key Responsibilities Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach to potential clients in relevant industries (e.g. HVAC, manufacturing, automation)
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and partners to ensure long-term business growth
Product Promotion & Sales:
Present and promote the company’s drive solutions, clearly communicating product value propositions and technical benefits to customers
Sales Coordination:
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Market & Customer Insights:
Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to support business strategy and product positioning
Sales Targets:
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (B2B or technical sales preferred)
Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
Basic technical understanding or interest in engineering / industrial products is advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Profile (Nice to Have)
Exposure to industrial equipment, automation, or electrical products
Experience working with distributors or channel partners
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields is advantageous
