Sales Executive (POS System)

• Liaise with merchants to troubleshoot technical issues and respond to operational enquiries in a timely manner.

• Coordinate and perform on-site kiosk/POS setup, installation, and basic configuration when required.

• Conduct on-site training for merchants on kiosk/POS system operations and usage.

• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and follow up on merchants’ design and customization requests.

• Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth onboarding and operational efficiency for merchants

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience in relevant field

• Experience with point-of-sales / self-ordering kiosk is an advantage

• Working Location: Henderson

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm), WFH options available

• Salary: Up to $4100 (Basic)

• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
